New York (Feb 19)  Bitcoin-U.S. dollar are higher and hit a six-week high in early trading Tuesday. Prices had paused but now have seen a bullish upside “breakout” from that congestion area and bulls are working on starting a price uptrend on the daily chart. The bulls have technical strength and momentum to suggest more price gains in the near term.
