New York (Mar 8)  Bitcoin-U.S. dollar prices are higher in early U.S. trading Monday. Not much new recently. Bulls have the firm overall near-term technical advantage, and are keeping alive a price uptrend on the daily bar chart. The path of least resistance for prices remains sideways to higher.
