New York (Feb 26)  Bitcoin-U.S. dollar prices are solidly lower and hit a three-week low in early U.S. trading Friday. Bulls still have the overall near-term technical advantage but are now wobbly and need to step up and show fresh power soon to avoid serious chart damage being inflicted.
