Inflation Is Dead…Long Live Inflation!

This is a composite index composed of securities whose movements tend to anticipate the subsequent commencing and movement of Inflation and Deflation.

The manifestation of Deflation is subtracted from the manifestation of Inflation In this chart -- and the remainder is displayed graphically.

For reasons that will remain unknown to us peasants, the MOMENTUM changed just before Christmas of 2014…and continues to climb higher.   Just as deflation got stubbornly out of control, I think INFLATION, as it comes to us, will become dangerously difficult to control.
