Bitcoin daily chart alert - Price powers to new record high

New York (Jan 6)  Bitcoin-U.S. dollar prices are sharply higher in early U.S. trading Wednesday and hit another record high. A strong price uptrend remains in place on the daily bar chart. Bulls have the solid technical advantage and there are still no early clues that a market top is close at hand. The path of least resistance for prices remains sideways to higher. Expect higher volatility on the upside and downside in the near term.
